Class Size is limited up to 6 participants. It will be on a first come, first serve basis. (see below) Other perks included when you sign on are unlimited nutritional guidance, bottled water for each workout, plus if you bring in your own water bottle, we will give you a FREE protein shake after each workout.
Cost: $5 per class….call in each week starting 8am Monday morning to reserve your spot….or prepay each month ($20 to automatically reserve your spot – no call in needed).
