Here at Fit-Body Solutions, we feel that we have all you need and more to get a complete workout no matter what level of fitness you are at or what limitations you may have.  Here’s a look inside our studio and all of what we have to offer.

              

We have a top of the line multi-station gym that features a separate lat station, pull-ups, cable cross-overs, and it serves as the area for doing suspension training as well.  We have over six options for doing cardio such as treadmill, rower, elliptical, steps, jump rope, punching/ kicking bags, spin bike, etc.  There is also a line of free weights you can use with other functional equipment such as the Bosu Ball and Swiss Ball, plus we have the Power Plate, a device to help strengthen muscle, stabilize joints, and aid in recovery from most types of injuries all with using only your body weight.
